Pulsar Toolbox Affiliate Program Terms

These program terms supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Commission and customer discount

Active approved Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on eligible successful actual Pro payment amounts. Eligible new customers receive 10% off their first eligible Pro payment only. Discounts do not stack with other discounts.

Affiliate term and renewal

An approved Affiliate term lasts 12 calendar months from approval. There is no automatic renewal. Pulsar Toolbox may renew an Affiliate for another 12-month term at its sole discretion.

Codes and attribution

An approved Affiliate Code remains permanently reserved to that Affiliate. A valid link or manually entered code creates attribution for up to 90 days, limited by the Affiliate term expiration. The last valid source before durable customer binding applies.

Suspension, expiration, and reversals

Suspended or expired Affiliates do not earn commission on payments during the inactive period. Commission remains pending for a 30-day hold and may be reversed for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks. Suspension does not pause or extend a term.

Payouts and conduct

Approved balances are paid through a manual payout workflow. Self-referral, deceptive promotion, impersonation, discount abuse, and attempts to manipulate attribution or payment records are prohibited. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Pulsar Toolbox.

Enforcement and records

Pulsar Toolbox may suspend or terminate participation for abuse or policy violations. Legitimate historical ledger and audit records remain preserved, including after suspension, expiration, or termination.
