How we handle free-tool, account, billing, and optional analytics data.

This policy covers Pulsar Toolbox's browser-local free tools and the account and Pro features operated by Pulsar Global Holdings Limited in Hong Kong.

Browser-local free-tool content

Business-document generation happens locally in your browser. Image to PDF processing happens locally in your browser. QR generation happens locally in your browser. Content used only in these public free-tool flows is processed in the active browser session to create previews and downloads.

Account, workspace, and saved service data

If you create or use an account, we may store your account email, account identifiers, workspace information, business profile and document defaults, saved documents, automation settings and run history, subscription status, billing identifiers, and service timestamps needed to provide and secure account features.

Server-side document processing and Microsoft Azure

Some account and Pro document-processing tools send the document or image you choose to process to our server-side processing infrastructure. For Image Table to Excel, we use Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence as a processing provider. The intended service region for this feature is UAE North.

Microsoft states that Document Intelligence temporarily encrypts and stores submitted inputs and analysis results in Azure Storage in the same region, and automatically deletes them after its service retention period of up to 24 hours. After Pulsar Toolbox has durably stored the canonical result needed to provide the feature, we request deletion of the corresponding Azure analysis result. If an immediate deletion attempt fails, our cleanup process may retry that deletion. Microsoft may still retain the provider-side input and result until its automatic retention period expires.

Pulsar Toolbox keeps private processing artifacts only for the limited period needed to process the request, provide the result, handle retries, and maintain service integrity. We do not use customer documents to train our own models, and document contents are not sent to optional Google Analytics.

Payments and Stripe

Subscription checkout and payment-card handling are provided by Stripe on Stripe-hosted payment surfaces. Pulsar Toolbox does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We may receive and store limited billing information such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan or Price identifiers, subscription status, and billing-event references needed to reconcile Pro access.

Authentication email and Resend

We use Resend to deliver account authentication emails such as magic links. Your email address and delivery-related metadata may be processed by Resend for that purpose. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.

Cookies, sessions, and optional Google Analytics

Account sign-in may use essential authentication and session cookies required to keep you securely signed in. Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you allow analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies to help us understand use of the site.

Our analytics events use a closed set of coarse tool and navigation identifiers. We do not send document contents, customer data, uploaded images, QR payloads, or form values to Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. Advertising remains separately disabled until it has its own approval and consent review.

Retention and service providers

We retain account and service records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers such as Microsoft Azure, Stripe, Resend, and—only when you allow analytics—Google may process data for the service purposes described in this policy and under their applicable privacy and data-protection terms.

Your choices
