Terms for free tools and Pulsar Toolbox Pro.

These Terms govern Pulsar Toolbox, operated by Pulsar Global Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. Free tools remain available without a paid subscription, while account and Pro features are subject to the additional subscription terms below.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, your authority to use it, and reviewing generated outputs before relying on them. Generated documents and other outputs are utilities and templates, not legal, accounting, tax, customs, financial, or other professional advice.

Pro subscriptions and automatic renewal

Pro Monthly is USD 9.99 per month and Pro Annual is USD 99 per year. Unless you cancel, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval and the payment method handled by our payment provider may be charged for the next billing period.

Cancellation and Pro access

You may cancel a Pro subscription through the Customer Portal. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Pro access continues through that current paid billing period and then the workspace returns to Free.

Payments, taxes, and billing status

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes, if any, may be handled or disclosed as required for the transaction. If a subscription reaches a billing status that is no longer eligible for Pro, account access may return to Free in accordance with the service's billing state.

Refunds

Started billing periods are not prorated or refunded by default. Exceptions for duplicate charges, clear billing or technical errors, and rights required by applicable law are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptance and availability

We do not guarantee acceptance by authorities, banks, carriers, customers, or other third parties. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, browser, workflow, jurisdiction, or transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass safeguards, or use it in a security-disruptive way that could harm other people or the service.

Site and user content

Pulsar Toolbox and its brand and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility and rights for your own entered content and generated local files.
